For parents

Lesson credits

• Lessons are prepaid using credits. 1 credit = 1 lesson with that tutor.
• Credits are purchased through the portal by PayNow or card, at the lesson rate shown for your child's class. A receipt is emailed for every payment.
• A credit is only deducted when a lesson is actually conducted. Booking alone does not deduct a credit.
• Credits belong to a specific child-and-tutor enrolment and are not transferable between children or tutors.

Trial lessons

• New enrolments begin with a paid trial lesson at the tutor's normal rate. You need at least 1 credit to book the trial; the credit is deducted when the trial is conducted.
• After the trial, you may confirm a regular weekly slot, or stop with no further obligation. Unused credits are refundable (see Refunds).

Cancellations & missed lessons

• To cancel or reschedule a lesson, notify us at least 1 day before the lesson (WhatsApp or email). The lesson is then cancelled at no charge.
• Lessons cancelled on the day itself, or missed without notice, are charged as conducted (1 credit).
• If the tutor cancels a lesson, no credit is deducted and the lesson is rescheduled.

Refunds

• Unused credits are refundable in full when a student stops lessons. Contact us and the refund is recorded in the portal and paid by PayNow or bank transfer.
• Credits already used for conducted lessons are not refundable.

Reviews

• Reviews you submit are moderated by Mr Khemistry before being displayed, and may be declined if they contain personal or inappropriate content.

For tutors

• Mark each lesson as Conducted in the portal promptly after it takes place. This deducts the parent's credit and records the lesson for your payment.
• You are paid a fixed amount per conducted lesson, as agreed for each enrolment, settled monthly.
• A lesson the parent cancelled with at least 1 day's notice is not conducted and not paid. A late cancellation or no-show by the student follows the parents' policy above: mark it Conducted.
• If you cannot make a lesson, inform the parent and Mr Khemistry as early as possible so it can be rescheduled without charge.
• Session notes are visible to Mr Khemistry and help with continuity; keep them factual and professional.
